No. Every visit requires our approval and at least 1 hour’s notice. Selecting a time sends a request. Wait for confirmation of the date, local time and full address before traveling.

Florida: Brickell, Downtown Miami, Aventura, Hallandale Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. California: Los Angeles, West Hollywood / Sunset Boulevard and Playa Vista. Open Locations in the menu for all addresses and directions. Available calendar times are shown in the selected location’s time zone; all visits require approval.

Bring your items and a valid government-issued photo ID. For gold, share weight and karat if known; we review 10K–24K gold. For watches, include brand, model, condition and available box or papers. For diamonds, include a grading report if available. Tell us your preferred payment method. For Saturday or Sunday visits, a clear photo of the item is required; add a hallmark photo if visible. Physical inspection determines authenticity and the final offer. Hallandale Beach, like every location, is by approved appointment only.
